Shipping:
UK:
Orders placed before 4PM will be shipped the same working day.
All orders placed during the weekend or after 4PM on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday.
Orders are dispatched with Royal Mail, with larger orders a courier may be used with either a 24 or 48 hour service.
Europe:
Orders will be sent with either Royal Mail or International Courier depening on order size, orders typically take 3-7 working days to arrive.
General Shipping Notes:
Airmail:
If an order is sent Via Airmail, it may be seperated into multiple shipments as there are weight and size limits on our Airmail service (2kg). Please dont be alarmed if you receive a small package that only contains part of your order. Airmail generally does not allow for parcels to be tracked unless you have specifically paid for a tracked service.
Aerosols & Flammable goods:
Please note we are unable to supply flammable or dangerous goods outside of the UK mainland.
If you order such items they will be removed from your order prior to packing.
Cancellations, Returns & Refunds:
Under the terms of the European Consumer Rights Directive 2014, customers have the right to cancel your order at any time within 14 working days from receipt of goods. To do so, you must contact us in writing, or by e-mail at sales@cottage-craft.co.uk. Please include your name, invoice number and a list of item(s) to be returned. You do not have to provide a reason for your return, however, if you do not, you may be liable for the cost of the return (see below).
Except where you are returning the goods because they are defective or you were supplied with the incorrect goods, you are responsible for the cost of the return.
All refunds will be made within 14 days from when we receive the goods back. Your refund will include the cost of delivery, up to our standard delivery cost for your order, except where the goods were defective or incorrect, in which case the full delivery cost will be refunded even if you chose express delivery.
If you have received incorrect, faulty, damaged goods, or you have not received some items in your order, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will carry our our best endeavours to correct any problems with your orders as quickly as possible. We will not substitute alternative goods unless agreed with you in writing or by e-mail. We may also choose to offer you replacement parts in lieu of a full replacement. If we cannot source a replacement then a refund will be offered including postage costs.
